This position will provide administrative support to the Western Region management team.
This position is primarily responsible for meeting planning, travel, and calendar coordination.
Western Region Meeting Planning
Coordination of travel and calendar for Western Region Managers
Submit expense reports for Western Region Managers
Ensure kitchen is stocked with water, soda, juice, coffee, tea, creamer, and sugar
Place orders for office and kitchen supplies, ensure deliveries match the order, and put away items
Receive and distribute mail
Pack and ship FedEx documents/packages
